Melissa Young joined Churchill in 2024 and serves as Director of Credit, where she leads credit risk oversight and policy implementation for the Originations team. In this role, she drives the refinement of operational processes to support strategic decision-making while strengthening controls to mitigate risk. Prior to joining Churchill, Melissa held leadership positions at Flagstar Bank and Wells Fargo Securities, where she managed warehouse facilities totaling nearly $3 billion and developed extensive expertise in risk management and operational efficiency. Melissa holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Southern University and a B.S. in Business from Marian University.
