Glenn Tatham is a Managing Director and Head of Residential Transition Lending (RTL) Whole Loan Originations. Glenn is responsible for expanding Churchill’s whole loan originations and aggregation efforts by developing a competitive and efficient trading platform for Business Purpose Loan (BPL) Originators. Since joining Churchill in 2023, Glenn has led the execution of over $1 billion in RTL acquisitions. Previously, Glenn worked in the residential private lending sector as the CEO of Patch Lending and the CFO & Co-Founder of Conventus Holdings Corp. Earlier in his career, Glenn worked in the corporate finance sector as a Vice President at JPMorgan within the Financial Sponsor Coverage Group and worked in the energy sector as a Director of Finance & Business Development for LNG Partners. Glenn received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
