Derrick Land is a Managing Partner of Churchill. Prior to Churchill, Derrick worked at Man Global Private Markets (Man GPM), a subsidiary of Man Group PLC (LON: EMG), where he led the firm’s nearly $2 billion AUM U.S. real asset investment and asset management businesses. Before joining Man GPM, Derrick led the lending and securitization programs in the single-family rental, non-performing, and re-performing residential loan and residential bridge lending asset classes of Wells Fargo Securities. Earlier in his career, Derrick practiced law with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. Derrick received a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
